Been a customer for awhile. Had over 5 different technicians. They reschedule appointments often - which is troublesome when I'm changing my schedule to be home for inside service. Finally decided to terminate service with them in November 2016...yet I paid for a year service upfront. Been around 4 weeks now that I keep calling and getting "a manager will call you back" with no response or refund. Technicians have been great - but their office doesn't seem to have any communication with them...and office and managers obvious... read more
We had been battling a severe ant infestation in our yard for years. Had even had another pest company spray to no avail. Even our Ag-extension agent misidentified the ant. Joe from Wood Termite & Pest immediately identified the ant, sprayed three times a week apart and now we are ant free. Ant Free!! I highly recommend this company and will call them again for any other pest control issues. They are excellent and very knowledgeable.
