This company has been amazing through and through. I called right before Thanksgiving after a leak in my home brought a lot of roaches in. They understood that I was in a time crunch since my family was going to be visiting, and they scheduled my service for the SAME DAY. Even more, their prices were unbeatable. My husband called & made an appointment for them to come to our home. The receptionist gave us a service quote for coming out & a monthly fee & a time between 1-5pm. No one showed! Not even a courtesy call & we waited all day. Update: Huge mixup with scheduling with new Receptionist but he came out the next day after confirming the appt & called back when they were on the way. Javier arrived super nice & professional! Explained the process & will be back in a week. So happy we called this Company.

As a maintenance coordinator for almost 500 single family homes, there are times extermination is necessary - Bug Off rises above and beyond expectations. John, President of Bug Off, is professional, personable, and will go out of his way to get your extermination needs met. The entire staff deserves kudos. **I'm not sure the address in this listing is accurate - headquarters is located in Broward county**
