We’ve been using bug n a rug for 7 years. Today we had someone new, Kenny. He was so polite and professional. He was very thorough in his spraying and took his time to address my concern areas. He even wiped down and sprayed my eaves as well as got rid of a hornets nest that I didn’t even realize was there. I appreciate that he took his time spraying, especially around my patios and windows.
