When I called Bug Man with a concern that needed exterminated, they were excellent. The person on the phone was very kind and able to schedule me for the following day. Then their technician, Johny, was perfect in every way. He connected with me when he was on the way and when he completed the service. He was always very kind and informative. Thank you, Johny! If we ever have another concern, we will definitely call Bug Man!
