Excellent service We had our house sprayed for bees a few weeks ago and the two workers who came, Rob and Christian did an outstanding job. They took their time and sprayed my entire house with a guarantee that they would come back if more bees came free of charge. Fortunately I've had no more bees problems and I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of pest control services.
Nightmare experience We hired The Bug Man to come and spray for bees at our home in May of 2012 and they ended up doing some damage to the siding. We reached out to them to resolve the issue and the owner, Don, was completely unprofessional. He was swearing on the phone completely unprovoked. Ultimately we ended up paying for a service that didn’t work as advertised as well as paying to repair the damage that their service caused.
