We hired The Bug Man to spray for bees at our home in May of 2012, and they ended up damaging the siding. When we called to try to reach some sort of resolution, the owner, Don, was completely unprofessional. He began swearing, completely unprovoked, and said a series of things (including that our house was 'sh*tty').
