I had a wonderful experience with Bug Hunters! I called with an emergency yellow jacket situation where they were burrowing through into our living room. Bug Hunters fit us into their schedule within a few hours and wiped out the problem for us. The receptionist was so friendly, helpful, and kind on the phone, and the technician was very knowledgeable and efficient. And the price seemed very reasonable. I highly recommend them!
Zach was an absolute joy to have service our home and property! All the products used are eco friendly. He thoroughly explained the treatment process, including follow up visits. I’ve tried to be their customer multiple times. After multiple emails and multiple calls, I finally got on the schedule. They said they would send me an email confirmation that never came. But nonetheless, I assumed they would be there when they said they would. No showed me No phone calls no follow ups. No nothing. If they’re too busy to accept new customers, that’s fine. Just don’t tell me you’re gonna be there and not show up.
