Received general interior & exterior service. Thomas was very nice & professional and informative with safety regulations. We do appreciate having Thomas working with us.
We’ve been using bug hunters for over 6 years. They used to be great, good communication and did a great job. I don’t know what happened to them in the past year but it’s went from great to terrible. Their windows to come are now all day and no communication at all. I work from home and just happened to be out for a minute and the past two times they have shown up unannounced, not even a text, and done nothing we’ve asked them to do but charged us full price. Great service and wonderful product.
Working with Bug Hunters has been an incredibly frustrating experience. I had to send multiple emails before finally receiving a reply, only for communication to stop altogether once I asked to book. I also left a voicemail and never received a call back. For a company that came so highly recommended, the lack of responsiveness and follow-through has been deeply disappointing.
