Great timely and professional service by Bug Hunters!
Just had Thomas come out and take care of a good sized hornets nest in our crawl space. He was efficient and professional and took care of the problem in no time at all. I would highly recommend Bug Hunters and Thomas if you've got some hornets you need to get rid of.
Very poor! I should have known when they didnt show on day and time planned, then did not return calls to reschedule, and then a guy showed up first thing on a morning un planned. Ok, so i let him spray because i needed it. However, it is less then 60 days since they sprayed and i already have spiders and bugs back in my house. I called today to check on any guarantee, which i was told does NOT exists. Stay away from bug hunters, they do not stand by their product/service!

Ever since, Bug Hunters has been our go to whenever we need our home treated for pests. You and your team have been courteous, honest, and provide... read more
I have never left a negative review before, but these guys really let me down. I had a squirrel in my bathroom; they came quickly, but he got himself out. He has also been living in the space between the roof and attic ceiling. After this encounter, I called three times and never received a call back. Even if you are too busy to take my job, let me know! I did not want my 69 year old husband on the roof plugging access, but here we are. Disappointing.
