Shout out to Dan. He was one of the nicest people I've ever met! Nice to see a happy smiling person first thing in the morning. He took care of our palmetto bugs all around the house, explained the different sprays for different problems, etc. He took it upon himself to knock down the spider nests that would spew webs across our handicapped ramp (whoever was the first person to leave the house got stuck with webs in face). Had my quarterly extermination done on 04/22. Technician Preston, was able to answer all questions and concerns. He had outstanding manners and was pleasant to work with. He checked all outside mice baits and refilled them. I appreciated how he took his time doing this and wasn’t rushed.
