Conran was punctual and professional. He listened to our concerns and was very knowledgeable. We had a great experience with Bug Commander and will use/refer our friends/family to them in the future.
We are relatively new to Texas, so a different set of pest issues. Jordan assessed the extent of pests in the area, educated about certain signs we need to recognize, ongoing prevention recommendations, and resolved the existing issues.
Called before arriving and called to clarify issues. Excellent customer service.
