Jordan made the whole experience easy from start to finish. Booking an appointment was simple, he arrived right on time, and he was incredibly thorough. He clearly knows his stuff and took the time to address the issues we were having instead of rushing through the visit. It’s a relief to find someone dependable who does careful work and explains things along the way. I’d gladly recommend Jordan and Bug Commander Pest Control!

I had asked ChatGPT for a recommendation for pest control. It suggested Bug Commander and why. When I called, Marge described the pricing models exactly as ChatGPT. Planned to set up a visit tomorrow bit she said Jordan was available today. He called ahead and was here within an hour of when I made call. He was very personable. Described what he was going to do inside and out. He did all the steps that were described on my call and that he described when he got here. Perfect customer experience.

Our home used to be an Airbnb in downtown Celina. The pest situation was never something we had to worry about. My elderly parents now live in the home, and it is fabulous not having to worry about one more thing. Highly recommend!!!
