Better customer service needed. I am 45 minutes away from the Petsmart I purchased the prepackaged horneworm from. The box was completed empty. I contacted the company as it would cost me more to drive back to store and then all the back home than what I paid for the worm. The person who called me "Don" was very unprofessional and stated he didn't want to waste his money shipping me a worm even though it was their mistake and acted as though he didn't believe. Love not having bags of crickets. My Beardie gets so excited when she sees the Bug Box 🦗 !
They package insects (super worms) for Pet Smart. I live in the Pittsburgh area and their 50 pack of super worms are divided. Half of the worms are full size and the other half are babies and nit even big enough to feed an adult size dragon. I feel this is a huge waste of money. I feel that they intentionally rip people off. If I wanted miniature worms that is what I would buy, but it’s marketed as 50 worms and when opening the container they are large worms that are on top. i like the box method,i got one at my local petsmart,i want to get more, i was just curious do i put the whole box with crickets and all in the actual vivarium,and poke the hole ,so the crickets can come in and out while the reptile can eat ones that leave the box? if so then this method is probably the best ive ever seen.
the crickets i have bought die right away or within a week causing my buisness a lot of money. they are reliable at getting bugs shipped out. thats the only issue i had was the crickets not lasting and my customers were not happy. there worms are reasonable and was extremely happy with
