I am a Property Manager that has worked with J.C. Irwin the Senior Project Manager for Bug Busters for years. J.C. has always given GREAT customer service and very prompt on sending the proper service team member for our property needs. I would suggest Bug Busters to everyone! Thank you J.C. and Bug Busters service team members for making my residents and I feel like family and not just a number.
Ben came out to address what we didn't know at the time was a very aggressive and active yellow jacket underground nest. He was very professional and answered all my questions. I am so happy with the service I received and would use them again.
We had a European hornet issue that was quickly resolved by Ben Clark. He was very professional and well mannered. His service was second to none and we cant thank him enough. If we have anymore issues with any sort of bee/hornet ben will be the first person I call. Thank you again for a job well done
