We had the opportunity to build a home just the way we wanted it. We appreciated the opportunity to customize a floor plan and see our dreams come to a reality. To say everything was extremely smooth without any headaches would not be true, but it is custom building and some of that has to be expected. Ryan was fantastic to work with and Jay’s craftsmanship was second to none!

Our custom home ,built by Buffum , turned out great. The whole process , from the initial drafts , to the selections , to the actual construction was efficient & a lot of fun.Anything I pointed out during the construction & final inspection was fixed promptly & without any arguments. Change requests were handled efficiently & had minor impacts on scheduling. Mostly I enjoyed working with the Buffum people , who were professionals & treated us with respect. Yannis & Beth P.
