The elderly woman selling tickets behaves rudely and aggressively toward the parents of children participating in the tournament. She yells, threatens people, and is unable to communicate calmly. This behavior is unacceptable for someone working with the public. Arena management should be more careful when hiring staff and should assess their psychological fitness before allowing them to work directly with the public.
The old woman was screaming at us for no reason. She was trying to touch me and my mother even when I said I feel discomfortable. That woman was a cashier or someone who sells “tickets” . I was trying to speak politely and trying to maintain the situation, but every time she was trying to come close and touch me..I don’t understand why she has that obsession with touching me, but I felt so disappointed and discomforted, please take care of this situation
