VERY BAD MANAGEMENT!!! We have had a horrible experience with this property management company. They managed our nice rental home in Large, Florida for 2 years and I feel like I have been taken for a ride. My Father had to constantly go by the property and then contact us to tell us about a junk car in the yard, a large dog, another boyfriend moving in, ripped screens on the porch, junk piled in the back yard, etc. We had to contact Krista to go there see the tenant! Krista was always available and more than willing to assist with any and all maintenance issues that arose. Krista was repeatedly a phone, email or text away, if we ever needed help! Krista truly cares about her properties and clients! Buffington Property Management was always fair and very attentive with all our leasing needs! Krista and team managed my condo in Largo for 6+ years while I was deployed and working overseas. They came as a word of mouth reference, I went with them on short notice and overall, very pleased with the experience. From marketing to communication, placing good tenants, maintenance issues to interfacing with the HOA, Krista did an above average job end to end. Absolute horrible experience with Buffington prop. Agree with the first reviewer, getting Gary involved in any dispute would require an act of congress. They rented me a disastrous condo, my time was tight and I liked the location so I jumped on it...What a mistake. Place was falling down from head to toe.
