Unfriendly service. Felt like I was an inconvenience when I left a $20 tip on a $80 service. Won't be back.
New to the area and booked on the website for a builder gel set because of a recommendation. I arrived at the salon and was told by the recommended nail tech/artist I booked with that she could start my nails but someone else would have to finish polishing because I needed a soak off of dip. At no point after clicking the service I wanted on the website did it indicate the option for listing that I had polish. Went in on a whim as I like dazzle dry polish. Not the typical manicure bowl soak but rough cuticle oil and push back of cuticles. Had a few “cut” spots due to roughness. Then just quick, brisk emery board finish again resulting in tender skin in several spots. Finished mani and left to dry to perform pedi on another client who had nails done with another tech who said I will be back in 5-7 min to do oil and hand cream. Savannah does an AMAZING job on builder gel nails, her designs are always amazing and crisp, well done! She’s also super kind and sweet to chat with. I moved to this salon after finding Savannahs social media but many of the nail artists do a fabulous job! Just be aware they all book up quickly and keep full schedules, plan ahead!
