I've been here twice in both times my nails have started cracking and breaking after a week and a half. The first time I got the the young lady who I first saw forgot to tell my nail tech that I was there and I had to wait to be acknowledged. Very underwhelmed by the service here.
I had a great first two service with Savannah but this time I did pedicure with a different girl and it was painful. Not only was it painful, I feel like she kept getting distracted. I get she wants to talk with her coworkers while doing nails and all, but there’s always a pause whenever shes conversing/ gossiping with them to move her hands or face them. Yes, pedicure and manicure takes time but it wouldn’t take longer than it should have if you weren’t too busy taking your time to gossip
This is always my go to salon! Great customer service, everyone is super sweet and welcoming!
Everyone is super nice and friendly! Love this place they always make me nails super pretty!!
