The last few times I’ve been here the food has been very unappetizing. Today was the final attempt at hope for this place… just looking at it made me feel sick. There has to be someone in this place who cares what the food looks like before the customer gets it….
I come here every Friday for the chicken sandwich. It is an amazing location, always clean and I am greeted by the best staff. Rita Stone is by far my favorite. She has been working here for a very long time and knows my order by heart.

I would like for the owner to pull the camera if possible from yesterday evening and look into how long customers stood at the carry out desk in the corner before any staff member came over to assist or even said a mumbling word to them. Last night a particular waitress and other staff members blatantly ignored me and another customer who were standing in the carry out area to the point that they tried to not make eye contact.
