Tonight we ordered take out and the wings were amazing! However, when I went to place our order the gal who answered the phone was short and snappy with me. When she told me our total I replied "ok, thank you." And she hung up on me. I understand people have bad days but if you are in customer service you should still be professional. We may find a friendlier wing place from now on.
Ordered boneless wings to be picked up. When I got home with the order, they had given me traditional. Getting hard to remember a time when a carry out order did not have something wrong or missing. Disappointed.
We were first time visitors last night. Ordered wings, fries and fish n chips. Fish was overdone, dry and cold, as we're his boneless wings and fries. His wings were dry and hard as if sitting too long in a warmer. Our waitress said she was new but she was fine. A supervisor or manager came flyiny by, asked how our food tasted, before I could say more than than my fish was overdone and dry she rattled off sorry and was gone. Not impressed.

First time visitor, we got water for all our group but never got them. We had to ask if we could get our water after they brought our food out. Not to mention that my wife ordered a appetizer of onion rings (the only reason why we even came) and got a side instead. I don't know if it's normal protocol but never got asked about sauces for rings or any brought out with food. Again something that most places just bring with wings n rings! Worst service I've ever had in Aberdeen in 10+ years.

It's gone down hill. I ordered the new open face cheese sticks. They came to my table cold. We were there about 5pm and there were only about 2 other tables with customers. I ordered chicken tenders like I do almost every Wednesday and they were cold. The server was very good and very professional. But it might be awhile before we come back ☹

it was a very Dead night and the waitress was Lousy, because all she did was seat us then gave us our Drinks then ask us for our food, never asked how we were or if we needed anything. after setting and waiting what seemed forever we got our Bill. not a thank you or have a nice night.

Best wings and onion rings I have had on a long time. I really enjoyed it.
We ate here Monday nite the food was terrible it had no flavor and was cold!! Didn't get what we ordered. We sat in a table and could see the cooks in the kitchen. They were handling people's food and stuffing their own face at the same time. Waitresses hung out by the window by the kitchen the only time they came out was to bring food to the tables.
