I’m kinda bummed to leave a review like this but we came in today and stood at the counter waiting to at least be greeted and seated and unfortunately that never happened. All the tables but 1 that we could see was empty, and never saw 1 employee, so they were not busy. We ended up leaving. Maybe this was just a bad day for them, still not ok right?
Damien, one of the managers at this Buffalo Wild Wings, is an absolute pro. I placed an online order through the BWW app, and DoorDash picked it up incomplete. They grabbed part of my order and left the store, so I was missing an entire portion of what I paid for. I called the store, asked for a manager, and got Damien. He apologized sincerely, owned the issue even though it wasn't the restaurant's fault, and gave me options to make it right on the spot. No runaround, no attitude. Just straight professionalism. Sure it's a chain restaurant, but they've been very accommodating for World Cup soccer fans. Excellent, friendly service and no shortage of big screens. My go-to sports bar in Frederick.
Avoid this Buffalo Wild Wings. They consistently have sticky menus, sticky tables and floors, weirdly unfriendly waiters, salty wings, below average burgers, and the service takes forever because they’re badly understaffed. I’m a local and after giving this place a few tries I gave up on it. Last night was the last time my family dinned there.
