I've given this place multiple chances, but every visit has been the same. The boneless wings are consistently tiny, dry, and low quality. I kept coming back because of the deal, but the food simply isn't worth it anymore.
They messed up my order and for some reason the woman couldn't understand the flavors were correct but I ordered bone in traditional and they gave me boneless, she said there were customers and she has my number and would call back then hung up on me. I'm also a customer but im less important than someone in the store?? I'm definitely calling corporate on Monday this is ridiculous.
We placed a pretty small order of only 30 wings for multiple people, yet only got 20. Called the store, and after being on hold forever, were just immediately hung up on. After calling AGAIN, we get a confused voice that just says "Hello?" and nothing else. Once we verify that it actually WAS Buffalo Wild Wings, telling them what happened and asking for a refund, they tell us to do it "through the app." This makes no sense, we never used any app, and how would an app have the context to refund us for the mistake your store m... read more
