I ordered some wings on Thursday (bogo) and when I got there, I was told that they" never received the order." The person who finally came up and spoke to me said there's nothing he could do and that it was my job to try and get a refund. I came in late so I didn't make a fuss. I tried talking to their customer support, but was left on read. This actually happened to me a little over a year ago. I read the reviews and saw others had this same issue. The owners of this particular franchise need to do better. Went to grab a quick lunch and found only one person in the entire building doing their very best to keep up with the lunch rush who was very kind even though they were visibly overwhelmed. Instead of having another employee they just put a sign for online ordering. That is insane to expect one person to succeed in that environment. This has to be a miserable working environment which would be why they can’t keep it staffed.

Worst experience I've had at a restaurant. AVOID THIS PLACE!!. The staff was extremely unprofessional. When I arrived, no one was at the register to take orders, and it took a very long time for someone to come to the counter. When an employee finally showed up, they gave an order to the customer in front of me and then walked away without acknowledging me or the other customers who were waiting.
