I hate the service here, the fact that they didn’t wanna make my order and their excuse was that they didn’t have the ingredients. how do you run out of ingredients for the whole order

When this place opened up, I was excited! Has gone downhill like a landslide. Was at this location, looked back in the kitchen, and it was disgusting. Very disappointing and sad, this is not a corporate store, seems like the owner wants it to make money and it does not pay any attention to what’s going on. Never going back.

EDIT: AGAIN 2 WEEKS NOW NOBODY RESPONDS TO MY CASE ISSUE. NO REAL HELP HERE WITH THIS COMPANY. ITS RIDICULOUS. DONT WASTE UR MONEY HERE. Extremely disappointing experience. We placed a pickup order and ended up waiting nearly **an hour for our food** because the order wasn’t even started on time.
