Horrible experience, our 40’piece bone in and boneless was cold, our fries and wedges were cold The wings seemed old very hard to bite into. It is such an inconvenience when you come walking from your hotel room to pick up only to get back and deal with the unfortunate food quality and service please do better and no I was not late to pick up.
