We were not impressed with the service we received on 6/14/26. They took for ever getting us our order that was told should only take 30 minutes and ended up taking an hour and 30 minutes. We then sent an email with our concerns and were given a 25$ in store credit but later to find out the general manager had been let go and they will not honor any agreement that they had. We will never be ordering from Buffalo Wild Wings if this is the service they provide. If I could have given out zero stars I would.

You think you get sauce/ranch when you order chicken strips but no they wanna charge you a dollar, really I could see if I wanted extra sauce but I got none.

Went in person last night to order some food. As soon as we walked in, was treated rudely by a worker saying “if you’re going to be placing an order, it’ll be a while before I get to you”. Would have been better receptive if it wasn’t in a rude manner with an attitude. Decided to wait about 10-15ish mins then left after not being helped. Once we got home, we tried Door Dashing from the store and got it in less time than waiting at the store. Ordered the 6 Parmesan Garlic wings and the desert heat fries.
