Poor customer service
The service it’s always bad, from all the times I been here there hasn’t been one time were they are nice, they’re customer services needs a lot of attention, they are rude and mad all the time if you do t have the skills to work with customers just stay in the kitchen were you don’t have to deal with people, and it takes them super long to give you your order and when u get it it’s almost cold.
Very disappointing experience with Buffalo Wild Wings. My order was incomplete—I only received half of the wings I paid for and never received my drink. When I called the store for help, I was told there was nothing they could do and that I needed to contact customer service through the app. Unfortunately, the app wasn’t working, leaving me with no way to resolve the issue. The nice lesbian at the front got our order wrong at first and gave us fries instead of onion rings, but when we went back in she comped us for the rings and was professional. Will come back
