I placed a pickup order and, after getting home, realized my usual Traditional Hot wings didn’t taste quite right. I tried to overlook it, but I just wasn’t a fan, so I called. Damien took care of me right away and told me to come back in and that he’d handle it. He not only replaced my order, but offered desert and whatever else he could to ensure things were right! We are human, and make mistakes. It’s how you handle and fix those mistakes that makes the difference

I stopped by for the Tuesday BOGO bone-in wing special and paid the extra charge for all flats. Unfortunately, my order wasn’t all flats. I didn’t realize it until I got home and was too tired to go back to the store. That said, the wings themselves were delicious and cooked well. I just wish the order had been prepared as requested.

We were excited to finally have a Buffalo Wild Wings in Cottage Grove and decided to try the Thursday boneless wing special for takeout. Unfortunately, it was a disappointing first experience. When we got home, the order had at least four sauces, great!!!. However, boneless wings were extremely overcooked—very dark brown, overly salty, and so hard and crispy they were difficult to bite into. My seven-year-old niece couldn't even eat them. We ordered two sets of boneless wings. None Came with sauce. We were charged an extra 1$ for one ranch. I ordered celery and carrots separate and got what’s pictured. Service was abysmal. Who wants to spend 40$ these days for this? It gets to a point…
