Fast and convenient. I ordered on bogo night and they were swamped but they did great with 100% accuracy. I will be back!!
Long wait
They should close this restaurant. Orders get lost or wrong almost all the time! Sent email to cooperate to close this so a better restaurant can take its place! I will just order Wings Etc. or drive to Plainfield for BW3
I was very nice when I called in to say that my order was wrong. There was no lettuce, hardly any cheese, and one tender cut up, and everything drenched in sauce. The response I got was “I personally made that and I put lettuce on it”… umm where? This store is run by teenagers who are rude and disrespectful. Management should really read these reviews because your customer service is the main problem. If my order was made the way the directions say to make it… I wouldn’t have called.
