I’m so disappointed at what was once a great american chain. I placed a mobile online order for fried buffalo chicken sandwiches and fries. I waited for 20 minutes, and the food finally came, I was so appalled. The chicken sandwich was nothing like it had been shown the app. It was not crispy, it was not big, and it was not tasty. Literally preordered waited 20 mins to go and they didn’t start my order til I got there and came out behind new orders.. they have to have no common sense in there at lunch time for only having 2 people working
