Advertising new flavor of wings, but never have it.
Shards of glass in nacho's I don't know who did this but someone put shards of glass in my nacho's.
Two weeks in a row was put on hold for over 15 minutes to place a carry out order. Today I drove from Huber to Beavercreek and made it there still on hold. Walked in and saw the two girls at the front on their phones texting. Guess there's always frickers.
For the second time in a row, we placed an order over the phone for carry out only to arrive and find that our order was never put in! Tonight it took them 8 minutes of trying to find out why our order wan not put in instead of putting it in immediately. The general manager, Josh Alcorn was rude and not helpful.
