We love bw3 , but our experience today was less than good. My 6 year old had been here before when they announced birthdays over the microphone so he was excited to go here today for his birthday... when we arrived we specifically asked if it was possible for them to sing to him, and we were told yes.. our watress later told us that they wouldnt be able to do it... once i went up to ask a manager why they told me they would before we were seated he rudely stated that they were getting ready to do it... not my idea of a good ... read more
