I was put on hold 14 mins. I was able to drive from Stringtown Rd to Geogesviile Rd. The bitch manager wanted to argue with me that I wasn't on hold and there was no way I could have heard the recording with someone answering and saying they were going to put me on hold. It must be the phones. No it must be the lazy asshole kids they have working for them. I WAS a loyal customer, NEVER again will I eat in the shit hole. They tried to say it's busy and the parking lot is more than half empty

Absolutely ridiculous that I cannot hear the Columbus Blue Jackets game on New Year's Eve just because there is football on. I specifically asked about the sound when we got here and couldn't get any answer until after we ordered. And then the mgr was very rude about it and acted like we were unimportant.

5/19/17-FYI i am trying to change this to two star and it wont let me....This has always been our go too Bdubs even though there is one right across the street from where we live because of the amazing service we received from Katelyn. Tonight however we find out she is gone. I almost turned around and left but we decided to stick it out. I could really see a difference.
