I think out of the 5 times I've eaten here I have never been served fresh food. It's always been fries and wings sitting under a heat lamp for hours. The bathrooms are pretty dirty and chaotic as well.
Online ordered for BOGO and paid for boneless wings and fries at 10:00pm. Online order said it would be ready at 10:40. Went to pick up and they said they are completely out of what we ordered and someone was “driving to get it” okay. So we wait. They eventually change our order to bone in wings (i hate bone in wings this is why i ordered boneless) and give us onion rings. NOTHING of what we ordered. So disappointing! Order 50 wings for a party and they were almost inedible. They were so over cooked they were hard as rocks. Won’t order again.
Placed a to-go order, arrived to pick it up. Got home and we were missing the Mac and cheese from one of the kids meals and all of our sauces. My husband went back to the store and asked to speak with a manager as this is not the first time that this has happened. He explained to the manager that this has happened before and the manager admitted that it's a problem and a commonly missed item. Like what?!
