I called this location around 330 today in search of specific menu item I was searching for online. Upon answering my call, I was kindly greeted by the General Manager Erica. Erica was extremely helping in helping me customize my order to suit and helping make amendments to the order that could not be done via DoorDash. Thank you bdubs and thank you Erica🫶

Probably the worst Bdubs I’ve ever been to.i was so excited to get buffalo chips again 😔 First off $5 for a regular fry and there’s hardly anything in here. It’s like a kids fry, second they forgot my drink I had to go back. I get home and there’s no queso but I paid for 2 of them. The lady who runs the pickup counter is RUDE as hell. I’ll stick with wingstop.

Stood at take out for almost fifteen minutes as 5 employees walked by multiple times. Not one word was said by any of them. I finally had to ask if I could get some help and they seemed annoyed. There were 3 of us waiting and the place was completely empty. Do better…
