Great food and environment
Takes forever to be greeted, extended wait for food and it comes out cold, online ordering is convenient but food is never ready, and again, comes out cold. condiments are ALWAYS missing. Several people walking around twiddling their thumbs. Do not recommend this bww! 4 people were waiting in the lobby when I showed up. We were all there for 10 plus minutes with not a word from an employee.
The kids up at the front where absolutely terrible, very rude and snappy and showed no interest in giving us a enjoyable experience. But our waiter was good and the food wasn't terrible.
One of the best BW3 locations. Fast service. Great food.
