The food is always great when I get it from here.
Rude and unprofessional employee at the online pick up. Sent my husband to go pick up our order. The employee (he didn't get his name) made him wait 22 minutes after he said our order would be ready in 5 minutes. He asked to cancel the order and the employee went back to the kitchen, grabbed the food and said "yo, he's your food, get out" . So glad that this is how Buffalo Wild Wings wants their restaurant to be represented by a bunch of kids who have zero respect and customer service skills. No Customer service, Rude Staff, Disrespecting Customers. Ordered Online for pickup. The guy working the pickup counter is completely disrespectful and should be fired for how he treats customers. First walking up he was sitting on his phone and gave no greeting, instead I have to speak first saying Im picking up. I decided to give buffalo wild wings another chance yesterday. The server was great. Atmosphere was eh. I was more disappointed in the size proportions of the food over price. I got the beer beef and cheese with fries. With four bites that was gone. Cost about 16 dollars or a appetizer size cheese steak. Ridiculous the appetizers also enough for a 3 year old to eat not an adult male. Gotta do better with size for the price. Sorry but this visit was terrible....no meat in the boneless wings...family sitting next to us left a mess of fries on the floor which took the waitress 20 to pick up....the table remained with the meals trash that never was cleared so we ate our meal next to garbage...it took the waitress a very long time to attend to us
