Server was great. Getting the food was brutally slow and the restaurant was basically empty. Food was typical BWW quality.

I came in late from out of town and ordered food to be picked up at 11pm. I stood there waiting for it until 11:17. I got to the hotel room and realized the kid meal that was supposed to be a burger, onion rings and milk was only a burger. No milk, no onion rings. They were clearly listed on the slip stuck to the bag. I tried to call them repeatedly, but no one would answer the phone. I've been to many BBWs across the country and I must say that the service here was absolutely horrible, the worst I've experienced in the chain. At one point, the server walked away from our table after only taking two orders at a table of three. She was way more interested in flirting with the young man at the adjacent table. At another point, a separate server came to our table with the food for the table next to us. He set it in front of us, said "pass this over" then walked away. Absolutely horrendous service. Walked in to not be greeted and waited for 10 minutes before a server came over to tell us we couldn't be seated, didnt give a reason just said couldn't do anything about it when there was one full table. Definitely dont recommend this place!
