This has to be the worst Buffalo Wild Wings in terms of service. Tonight I visited the restaurant to pick up an order that I had already placed and paid for. As is often the case at this location, no employee was stationed at the takeout counter. That alone would not have been a problem if any of the employees nearby had simply acknowledged me or let me know that someone would assist me shortly. Stood at the hostess stand with people in front of us and a line of people behind us for a good 7-8 minutes without anyone coming to try and seat people. The inside was no where near busy to account for the lack of service. Walked up to a server and what looked like a manager on duty to ask if anyone was coming to seat people and both of them just looked at me then looked away so we left along with a lot of other people in line.

The order was 30 wings, and they were very old. Once I called and reported it, the manager made it all better with a refund. The problem is traveling to pick up food and traveling back home with the food. Customers paying for old food should never happen in a restaurant. However, most restaurants just want to get rid of old food to anyone they can.
