Has gone downhill. The service is blah. Usually not the friendliest and super slow. Food has gotten bad. Portions terrible with their wings becoming so small and dry, almost like old leftover or triple fried. Have visited here monthly for over 5 years and just have been disappointed more in the last year by everything from food, service to the atmosphere of the place. Waited here an hour and still haven’t gotten food
BWW food has plummeted in quality and value over the last ~15 years. This place has nice servers but it’s a bad BWW. Weird seating arrangement and like 20 uncomfortable tables for every booth. And they have the same playlist as Texas Roadhouse. This place epitomizes the general decline of BWW as a fun place to go.
Drive the extra 12 minutes to the one in Southgate. The food comes out fresher and they’re quick. I showed about about 5 minutes before the the 6:30-645 window was to expire so I figured it should be ready. Was told another 10-15 and at the 18 minute mark it was ready. They didn’t have ketchup packets for fries, and two other customers were in the to go area upset as well.
