I’m disappointed; I’ve always been a customer, but unfortunately, I ordered the Buffalo Chicken Tots appetizer via DoorDash and it was a huge letdown. I expected better. They sent the dish without Buffalo sauce, ranch dressing, or jalapeños—basically, without any of the accompanying toppings it’s supposed to have. They only included the tater tots and the chicken, and nothing else.
Food is great. Having to wait 20 minutes to pick up a delivery order from you is not. The place was maybe 1/3 full. Service was friendly, but making anyone wait that long is ridiculous.
Mid wings, app is trash. Maybe AI will save us someday soon.
