Worst experience ever. We waited in the lobby for 10-15 minutes just waiting for someone to greet us or say anything. There was one guy whose pants were sagged down who kept giving us a “one minute” finger while never coming to us at all. Eventually we just interrupted and asked how long it would be for a table for 2, he said 20 minutes. Completely unprofessional and horrible atmosphere. we first tried to get seated and eat at the restaurant and were then told the wait was 15-20min. the person in charge disappeared for 30 min. people started walking and sitting themselves while others waited. we asked to see the manager twice and were told he was busy. at that time we decided to order out. our estimated pick up was 10:10 to 10:20. The pick 6 deal is insanely well priced, highly recommend for 2 people! Waiter was friendly, but service was a little slow. Wings were absolutely drowning in sauce, and fries were oversalted. Otherwise, food was good.
