Two times in the last month, we've waited an hour for our food, but we watch them send out door dash orders like crazy. The first time we were told it was because of BOGO night, this time it is not BOGO night. We've been regulars for years, and the service has suddenly fallen off a cliff
My wife and I come here often. The time it takes for food to come out of the kitchen is ballooning out of control. It is really discouraging to sit for 40 minutes waiting for a sandwich and a dozen wings, while the kitchen churns out doordash order after doordash order.
Food was average. Fries were lukewarm. Waited 10 minutes to be seated even though it was practically empty. Several hostess kept saying give us a moment then someone new finally took us to our table. Seemed like we were inconveniencing them by coming to eat. The worst part was leaving a $5 tip for a $8 meal then finding out 2 days later it was altered to a $10 tip.
