I don’t usually write reviews but Dawson definitely deserves a shoutout. He was handling the bar and serving tables and still did a great job keeping up with everyone. He was friendly, checked in on us, gave us a great recommendation and made the whole experience better. You could tell he was really hustling and still giving great service. Definitely deserves some recognition!
all the reviews are the exact same yet nothing is getting down to prevent it from keep happening the owner obviously is aware of how bad the service is and how they give the food paying customers do not come to this location. the mac and cheese i ordered was freezing cold they didnt even bother to microwave it or nothing!
Don’t order form this location they forgot my cookie skillet they DROWNED the wings in sauce like it was a joke it looked like a literal kid was playing and threw the entire sauce in the wings. There was so much sauce that it spilled all over the bag whoever was working on Friday October 2 around 11pm preparing orders needs to be fired for playing with peoples money and food!
It's actually embarrassing how bad this location is. A whole campus full of college students and they can't find anyone with a work ethic or train them properly? The only reason we go is the location/proximity to the sports venues and we can count on one finger the number of times we actually received hot food and got good service in the same visit. The number of employees walking around looking busy but not making eye contact or actually doing anything is astounding.
They didn’t send me a notification when they were ready. Additionally the wings were super under sauced and dry
