Typically good service. Food is good. Can watch your favorite sport on TV.
I visited BWW here in Morrisville. Despite a bartender quitting Heather and the rest of the staff did their best to serve the patrons. Nick the manager did little to help. But despite the lack of manager presence the evening crew worked diligently to make sure orders and drinks were filled.
This location is severely understaffed especially for big events like the world cup and UFC. Our chips appetizer came out 30 minutes after our entrees and the chips themselves appeared to be rationed out by BOH because they didn't make enough. This location needs to do better all around.
Ordered 2 salads directly through BWW app for delivery. Salads were delivered by DoorDash. Items were left out of order. I called restaurant back immediately and was told to call DoorDash. DoorDash customer service said I had to call restaurant back and that the restaurant would be responsible for any refund. I called the restaurant back and spoke with a very rude young lady who refused to let me speak to a manager.
