Horrible experience, lasted there for about 20 mins and nobody bothered to take our drinks (they weren’t busy at all) not even the manager bothered, eventually we ended up leaving afterwards.
So first of all her see Kayleigh was rude and vanished for 35-40 minutes so left her no tip then I over heard her talking about how people with kids shouldn’t go out to eat . When I called trying to report to Manager some one picked up then hung ip the phone
Went for dinner last night the place wasn’t busy at all when I arrived sat down got my order taken the food came out almost an hour later and it was all cold , my waitress was very nice but she kept disappearing I spent 2 hours at this restaurant literally wasted my time and money.. won’t be going back there!!
If I could rate my experience at the Buffalo Wild Wings in Moore, OK zero stars I would. This was the most disgusting service we have ever received and we are Moore residents and come here very often. We waited almost 2 FULL hours for receive our food, our drinks were watered down, our kids were fussy and hungry. When we told the manager at the time Katherine she made us feel like it was our fault because of the way the waitress put in our order. It was truly an awful time while waiting on our food.
1st Oklahoma State game on of the year, bar full Of OSU fans management would not change game due to there being a Georgia fan that requested the game 1st multiple OSU Fans left , I will not be back!!!
