My last three trips to this location have resulted in not recieving food that I paid for in my online orders or door dash orders. The lack of attention to detail is alarming and I have lost over $20 in food to this store now.

I love a great football game day! We got here before the crowd and were seated promptly. Our waitress felt bad for coming back to our table every few minutes, but I told my husband that I’d rather have a server who feels like they’re being annoying than one who gives us too much space. 🤷🏽‍♀️ She was very attentive, and we appreciated it! We had a few games in mind that we wanted to watch when we arrived, and BWW was excellent about accommodating us.

I've been going to the Norman, OK location since it opened. Always enjoyed the boneless wings. Until today. Had a late lunch around 2:00 PM, ordered 10 boneless that were delivered quickly. They were very tough, hard to chew and difficult to cut with a knife. While attempting to cut one it flipped up an splattered me with sauce. Doubt that comes out of the shirt. I gave up after that. Worst ever! Either they had been sitting under a warmer for way too long or way over cooked. Sometimes you have to know when not to serve food... read more
