Very disappointed with staff at this location , waited about 10 minutes for host too actually take our name down & once we put our name down we were asked to wait when there was no other parties waiting, we waited about 15-to 20 minutes another party arrived & the host seem to know them personally & then sat them before us , having in mind that we were sitting right in front of them after they sat the people they knew they came to sit us down , extremely upset at this moment , food took another 20 minutes to arrive , already... read more
Very attentive bartender today! Have visited a few times during the week and not overly crowded so served fast
This is the first time in a long time this BDUB's has had terrible service. It should have been a sign when I used the restroom and a bunch of waiters were in their just hanging out and looking at their phones. It seemed as though all the staff were competing at being the laziest and unhelpful. Our waitress showed the most enthusiasm when my wife handed her the tip.
Came here at 2pm on a Saturday between soccer games. Never again. Short staffed. Confused orders. Can't open their own doors. Food portions are small. Ridiculous prices. 4 meals and 2 beers came to over $100. Save your money and go to Habit Burger next door.
What's the point of putting a pick up time if they're going to miss it? Placed my order 2 hours in advanced and still late. I'd understand if the restaurant was packed but it's dead inside.
