Cancelled my order after an hour

I have been to this establishment a few times and our order has consistently been messed up and cold. Very disappointed that things would get better in this area at this restaurant. Some of our order was comped but if things were done correctly in the first place, you wouldn’t have to comp anything for your customers. Our waitress, McKenna did a fine job and this puts her in a tough position with her tables. Please refocus on serving your customers better. Thank you.
We came 30 minutes before close and not only did they have the door locked but when I called and ask if they are still open they said no and when asked why I was hung up on. I’ve never experienced such hostility from a restaurant before. I will never be returning here again.
One of the best places I’ve eaten at. Would definitely do it again.
