Food was good but the service needs work. Train your people to have better people skills and learn how to serve food. Standing at one end of the table and handing out baskets of food for everyone to handle to get it to the right person is not good service. They need to learn how to walk around the table and deliver it to the right person. Not just throw it on the table and have the customers pass it around.
Decide how you want to handle online orders and stick to it. So annoying to wait around at the pickup and eventually go to the bar, but if I head straight to the bar and wait, only to eventually be told someone will come to the counter and I should go back there and wait. Sometimes there's a sign to go to the bar, but other times there's no sign and I've waited and waited in vain.
Always decent food. Clean
