Came in a week ago expecting a solid meal and experience for me and my girlfriend. wings are always good, server was great and friendly and make the experience very pleasant.
Shout out to Uriel for handling customers on his own and taking care of him. You can tell they are severely understaffed so have grace and thank Uriel when you see him
I go in to place a larger order for pick up for the next day for a work event, I walk in and there is maybe 25 people including staff in the building. I go and stand at the front with no greeting, no welcome we will be right with you instead I’m forced to have to stare at two employees (one in an A’s jersey and another Caucasian women who just got off of work) who are just sitting at a POS station talking to each other.
