Food service was great but the fan service was questionable, bears game was changed on the TV my table requested in the 4th quarter and for some odd reason favored the bills audio even though there were more bears fans in the building. I can't believe theres 0 separation of audio in the entire building, wild there can't be 2 channels of audio.
My husband ordered take out and was terribly disappointed in the quality of the food. The wings were dry and overcooked. When he informed them of his less than palatable food, no offer to rectify the situation. After spending over $50 on the meal it should’ve been better quality. A waste of $$.
Placed order two hours in advance to be picked up and taken to the Utah tailgate. Showed up and they hadn’t even started my order. The guy made some excuse about the equipment being down. Several other people walked in and got their food, but also waited. Although I heard one guy say he placed the order 30 minutes ago and he got his order before I did! I want to make one thing clear here, we LOVED our server. She did an absolutely amazing job with the crap situation that was given to her. My husband and I go here often. We love being able to get a drink and enjoy the game, but this time was absolutely ridiculous. We got there at around 6:17pm, It wasn't busy at all, our server was on top of getting our drinks and food order, we then proceeded to wait 30 mins for our food, mind you, we ordered a burger and a chicken wrap, nothing crazy, just to be told that they were out of... read more
