Update 7/17/2026 Katherine took my order and everything came out hot and delicious. 5 stars tonight. When Holley P. (and her kitchen team) at BWW in Easton, Pa., is working the takeout order desk, everything is perfect. Order is just as expected, food (wings) are delicious, hot /have the right sauces, and appetizers are also excellent. Customer service is just friendly and excellent. It's a good place for friends get together and small parties. Food is good. They have a variety of options. But there is scope for improvement in terms of service provided.
Unfortunately, this wasn't a great experience. Service was slow and felt pretty lackluster from the start. We weren't aware that you were supposed to seat yourself, and no one acknowledged us for quite a while even though we were clearly waiting, so it felt like we were being ignored. We were sat outside during a fight night and really wanted to get inside despite the place being packed. Manager made an effort cleaned a table himself and got us seats inside
