20 minutes waiting and nobody came back with the drinks we order
Very very unprofessional staff, especially the African American male manager. Don't know his name but my entire encounter with him was beyond unprofessional and not a great representation of what buffalo wild wings is.
Just in general when we walked in, their was no one there, we waited 10 minutes just to get a table. When someone finally came, they asked us what we’re looking for i said it didn’t matter a booth or table, he shrugged his shoulder got us a table and just threw our menus on the table and walked off. 5 minutes later we got someone to take our order, and the energy was just completely off, as if she didn’t even want to be there. Bdubs is one of my favorite spots to watch sports have eat some good food. Their burgers are just as good as their wings. I recommend their asian zing and garlic parm (bone in), by far some of the best wings i’ve had. The only issue i’ve had here particularly is there isn’t enough staff. Wait times can be a little dramatic at times
