I just started working in delivery a couple of days ago after my business went under. I didn’t like coming to this restaurant to pick up deliveries because every time I come, either the orders take way too long or someone else has already taken them. That means the staff is incompetent and can’t properly tell other drivers to confirm the order if they’re going to take it, like other restaurants do.

even though they forgot her chips and queso the service was really great the wings were great and management did everything they could to make up for the missing appetizer had a great time thank you

I had one of the worst customer service experiences here. I placed an order and was told it would be ready in 15 minutes. I arrived after 20 minutes—already giving them extra time—and my order still wasn’t ready. I was then told to wait another 10 minutes. I waited 15. When I asked again, I was told “5 more minutes.” At this point, it had already been over 30 minutes past the original pickup time.
