Came to get an Online Pick up order. Walked in, there was no one at the takeout counter, waiting for 3 minutes til I asked the host if there was anyone working at the counter. I’ve been coming to this location for the last 6 years . We have never experienced such a poor service with food or our server But today was honestly the worse experience I received . I can over look your service if the food was good . in this case it was not . The food arrived cold . We got appetizers and by the time they arrived on the table they were cold . This location blows, not the workers fault that the establishment is severely understaffed. I placed my pickup order online for the sole reason of not having to wait and it still took 25 minutes over the expected time to come out, absolutely insane.
